I've been really pleased with my salary, benefits, and work/life balance. Management has been great, especially through the pandemic, and our CEO is top-notch.

Cons

The primary product has some legacy technology issues and is pretty slow to run, but our customers seem to love it. They're pretty aggressive migrating jobs to India, though they aren't transferring existing jobs - just hiring most new devs there. They also LOVE their meetings, and the bureaucracy is increasing quickly as the company gets more integrated with ICE.

Fast-paced work environment that provides a lot unique challenges for creative problem solvers.

Cons

Work from home policy is draconian. Constant pressure to return to the office began while the delta variant was ravaging the world. No tuition reimbursement. Gaining access to professional resources or formal career development training is impossible. The company doesn’t trust its employees. Forcing good employees to badge in and out, and docking them an hour for using the gym during lunch breaks is ridiculous.
