Pros

Coworker dynamic, Management is understanding and accommodating for unforeseen circumstances, reasonably priced food arrangements, good promoting from within rather than looking externally.

Cons

Poor management, high workload, inaction for issues

Pros

It does pay pretty well

Cons

- Stiff management style - Mind-mindbogglingly outdated, unreadable, unpleasant code-base - Frustratingly inefficient team work and very poor communication - Lousy test coverage - Poorly documented business logic, so you spend most of your time trying to figure out how things are even supposed to work...

Pros

The compensation can be decent if they want it to be. Benefits were good.

Cons

Will sell you for the bottom line at any point. Not interested in loyalty or tenure, motivated only be apparent cash value.
