The list goes on.....in 2023 ICE Data services bought a company names Black Knight India Solutions with locations in bhubneshwar and hyderabad, since the acquire, bhubneshwar location was ignored. Although the management visited bbsr multiple times and assured that the jobs will not be cut, then they started firing people randomly, mainly from bsr loction. Then all of sudden in october 2024 they announced that they are closing the entire bbsr location thereby terminating maximum of the population. the rest were asked to uproot their lives completely and move to Hyderabad or loose their jobs. For a company promising about job security after takeover and then taking such decision is completely unethical. Even for the people who agreed to move to Hyderabad, some of them were terminated without prior notice before they could relocate, and for the rest, they were constantly being micromanaged so that eventually they resign and the company does not have to pay any severance. For a fortune 500 company this is shameful, where they re only thinking about cost cutting so that they have to pay less money to employees. I hope this review finds everyone who are applying to this company, please remember that they my fire you without any hesitation or notice or even ask you to leave based on the company's convenience.
