Pros

- Many diverse projects to work on - Work is challenging but with reasonable timelines - Our company has a pretty important place in the world of free and fair markets, and the mission is clear - Executive team really gets the world and is always one step ahead into the future - Share in the success of your team - Great campus at HQ - Subsidized food - Great benefits

Cons

- Slow or limited opportunities for growth - 5 day RTO doesn’t work for people with kids, especially with expectations to be always available - Success often depends on your manager - Too many organizational silos seriously inhibit cross team collaboration, too much politics at the senior levels slows us down - Too slow to adopt modern technologies - What’s up with the stock price given the value we provide to the world
