Pros

Great salary Good benefits High bonus for a tech company

Cons

Good technical decisions often take lower priority than getting it done quickly, resulting in lots of technical debt. Management are more focused on delivering something at a given date rather than something that actually works. Theatrics to satisfy higher-ups are common. Very hard to change any existing process, many of which are very outdated. Development practices are archaic. Rarely uses the latest technologies. It's a large company so it's easy for people to hide away and do nothing If most of your team is in the US, you'll have to work later hours.
