Pros

- Smart, dependable colleagues - Insurance is good.

Cons

- You have to make your own career here. It's possible, but you have to take the initiative. - Slow to adopt new technology. - Slow to hire new people, which makes it a nightmare when a key player leaves for a better opportunity. - Vacation offered is below competitors.

Pros

Consistent Income, Nice Facility, B2B exposure

Cons

Unnecessarily stressful, micro-management, vacation days can only be used based on conditions, absolutely no growth, and pay.

Pros

New leadership in place and on a mission to succeed. Likely will succeed. Teammates are respected, culture is great & friendly.

Cons

Doesn't keep wages consistent with Bay Area despite statements saying they try. Being a technology company we sure are adverse at times to adopting new technologies for teammates to use. Old guard in place at middle management and won't budge. Opportunities are not readily available.
