All Over The Place

Business Outlook

Pros

Despite multiple locations, the company is able to implement procedures and bring different businesses to standard.

Cons

Direction of the business is unclear. Too many employees don't have a slightest clues what the actual products and services are about. There is a massive lack of communication from Atlanta to other locations.

Cold as ICE

Pros

Always consider whether what you're doing is the most efficient way to do something. You'll need to be doing at least two jobs so this is a necessity to survive. Prestigious name for the resume

Cons

Company culture. Literally cold as ICE. Stress

Pros

1) quick office equipment setup at the start; 2) quite an up-to-date tech stack;

Cons

1) poor HQ planning leads to constant weekend work; 2) poor HQ communication (on their "late afternoon" decisions) leads to time wasting on fixing or useless tasks; 3) London seems to be a dumping ground for all the "cleanup" tasks.
