Pros

Great company to start a career, many opportunities if you get the right manager who is interested in the growth of the team and you as a professional. Good benefits, help with education, nice office.

Cons

From 4 days a week in the office to remote and now 5 days a week in the office, it's hard to manage if you have a family and spend lots of time in traffic. Hard to get promotions to move to Senior and then Lead positions.

Pros

- Lots of different areas to get involved in and a lot to learn. - Salary decent.

Cons

- Senior management lacking any sort of direction/cohesion. - Lots of focus on threats, blame, punishments, fear rather than learning from issues and fixing as one united firm. - No flexibility.
