      Every year the company rakes in record profits, while lay offs loom, remote days dissappear and employee benefits shrink to dust. You have to be stupid to work here.

      Benefits are reasonable, many talented colleagues and mostly interesting work

      Cons

      5 days return to office makes zero sense for the majority of roles - outdated, backwards thinking and making it impossible to hire and has destroyed morale. Confidence/trust in exec leadership is gone
