      Pros

      It's a gem of a company. Fun and friendly people, but also hardworking and passionate. IGS is an amazing place to work!

      Cons

      As with any Agile company, you have to be able to switch lanes fast sometimes and juggle multiple priorities, but these are generally handled well and staff are always rewarded for their efforts.
