Pros
Free scooter parking for employees and plenty of toilet stalls.
Cons
As a Native English speaker and an experienced copywriter I had my recommendations for grammar changes to in-game text questioned by a person who claimed to be the English expert, as he had studied overseas. They never implemented the changes I requested. Imagine being from an English speaking country and playing a rip-off of an established game, but worse and with broken English. Not gonna happen. Second story. Once I was tasked to learn the task of another employee in case he were to be sick or something (huh?). He specifically did his task in an extremely inefficient matter. What should have been done in 20-30 minutes he turned into a 6- hour or more affair. He emailed me telling me about the task and how to do it with vague instructions all in Chinese of course. For some reason I missed this particular email until a day before the task had to be done so I was stuck doing this task until 9 or so. It's completely disrespectful to task someone a time-consuming project and not at the least talk to them about it. This company is filled with people who have given up on life. They take abuse from their bosses and do nothing about it. A very large percentage only show up to collect a paycheck. This company does not seek to compare with the best in class. Employees jocky to be looked favorably upon regardless if its the right thing to do for the company. Story 3. I noticed that in a report that their ad spend ROI figures did not add up. It turns out they were spinning -50% ROIs as positive!!! Who does that? Of course not all employees are "bad". There's a lot of motivated and talented people but the bad ones definitely outnumber the good ones.
