Cons

Toxic work culture. If you are not part of the in-group you should not expect to last long here. It's not unusual for there to be a mass firing or layoff for people who are not popular with higher-ups, even if they are very good at their jobs. This is disruptive and instills a culture of fear and mistrust. Pay is significantly lower than competitors and it will take forever for you to get promoted, as there are so many tiers. You might be a Senior Analyst but you will be doing the work of a Manager for $20,000 less per year.

Company culture is very driven, yet fun. The renewables industry is a very exciting one to be in right now. There is a lot of freedom and flexibility to make what you want out of your role.

Cons

Pay doesn't compare well to similar companies. Older management can have a hard time adapting to latest innovations.
