      A company you won't want to leave

      Pros

      Big company with a small company mindset. They seem to care more about the employees. It's not your typical production based job. They try to be transparent as much as possible.

      Cons

      Training for new hires is mostly OTJ. Not horrible but could be better. Advancement is based on testing rather than just experience which is a pro/con at the same time.

      - Very intelligent and high performing people; everybody is dedicated, smart, and passionate about the work they do - Great office culture, feels very entrepreneurial and it's easy to feel good about the work you're doing on a day to day basis

      Cons

      - There is not enough space in the office to accommodate the volume of new hires. They are constructing new office space on another floor but until that is finished some are forced to work on other random floors outside the main office
