Excellent working arrangements and extremely collaborative staff. Often the freedom to explore and work on various technologies and projects. Fast growth opportunities. Upper management listens to employees needs and concerns and does it's best to implement them company wide.

Cons

As the company continues to grow, more office space will be necessary.
