Pros

- The innovative nature of the employees that work for Invenergy leads to freedom to think of creative approaches without fear of repercussion. - Ample time off from the start - Great networks inside of the organization to contribute more to communities outside of the company

Cons

There are times that a lot is asked of individuals, but if you are prepared to work hard, it is returned with advancement and compensation. The lean work environment leads to more innovative thinking because ideas come from all levels of employees.

Pros

Good PTO, lots of potential opportunities in various energy sectors, experienced managers

Cons

I love how many of reviewers on here are leaving 4 or 5 stars but also state that Invenergy is a "revolving door" or has "high turnover". The reason is because of average to below average salary, unhappy employees, stressful workload, no equity, and an inattentive CEO. Also the HR individuals are a waste of space (but that's true in all companies). Automation can't replace them fast enough
