Salaries and bonuses are not comparable to Houston/NY Same senior management for 10+ years - stale management culture, feels very 80s/90s Entrenched culture of "if you're not at your desk from 8-6 then you're not working hard" - no ability to work from home or flex time Hire tons of young people but can't retain talent - lack of flexibility and poor raises/bonuses drive people out
