After 1 year, this is what I have learned
Pros
Company has a very innovative idea in the market place. Company seems very agile to a multitude of threats or obstacles to its success. Diverse workforce with a fun young culture guided by leaders and visionaries in the industry. Nicely renovated office space with lots of cool art. A place that lets you carve out your spot and push hard to succeed (if you don't work hard, don't expect to get much attention) Great company culture and values.
Cons
The company is growing rapidly so there is a large workload, but for those who are willing to accept challenges, this is a great opportunity to show value. Going along with the previous comment, the company seems under staffed in some areas. I see more and more people being hired every week, so hopefully this is helping.
