Pros

Direct managers were good, stable work.

Cons

It’s a sales company, and the sales team takes the profit and everyone else deals with the sometimes impossible promises. Pay was below average. I wouldn’t recommend working here long. Turn over was very high, even at higher level positions.

There are some great people within the company. I enjoy the cultural celebrations and lunch & learns. I really love the work that I do. The pay is good too.

Cons

Several changes in the WFH policy has changed my feelings for the company. More WFH flexibility would make this a better place to work. It will be the only reason I would consider leaving.

Pros

Invenergy is fine if you're just wanting to get your foot in the door or are just starting out in your career. The people here have been great, I love my coworkers!

Cons

Upper level management is extremely misleading and untrustworthy. During my time here, the remote work policy has changed 3-4 times and they continue to take and take from their employees without giving anything in return. Also, a lot of micromanaging going on.
