Pros
A lot of young coworkers so its a good place for people right out of college. The office is pretty cool. Benefits are good. Its professional yet casual vibe which is nice. Most of the management are very approachable. They definitely do make some effort for diversity. They do a good job of creating a sense of community. A lot of events and social groups to network and pal around with.
Cons
Pay is below average. Depending on the department your work-life balance can range from decent to bad. High Turnover. Its seems a lot people work here for 1-2 years to build up their resume and go find a higher paying job. There are cliques but as long as you don't give off the "your looking for another job" vibe its not terrible. Upper management is pretty cut-throat. If your coming in at the analyst or entry level get ready to pay your dues! You will basically have to do all the administrative work of the entire department until another new hire comes along. No workplace is perfect, but this is a good place to kickoff your career.
