There is little to no training. The company grew way too fast too quickly, so a lot of departments have no structure. Polsky removing hybrid/work from home policy, which is causing a lot of people to leave to competitors in the industry. Too many people with an engineering mindset/engineering background running departments (like Procurement) with little to no experience in Procurement. There are Directors in the company who seem to be only promoted due to their tenure, rather than their ability to lead a team and communicate well with others.

its so large with so many young people, it can feel like a college so you may or may not be able to find "your people". There is not a lot structure so it seems chaotic with a lack of structure like a start-up but more chaotic because its a bigger company. There also isn't clear communication for the top. They also don't pay as well as others.
