Pros

Invenergy is fine if you're just wanting to get your foot in the door or are just starting out in your career. The people here have been great, I love my coworkers!

Cons

Upper level management is extremely misleading and untrustworthy. During my time here, the remote work policy has changed 3-4 times and they continue to take and take from their employees without giving anything in return. Also, a lot of micromanaging going on.

Pros

Great people to work with. Office culture is fun and supportive. The people I work with are the best part of the job. Always a busy place as the company grows and expands into new territories. An exciting company to work for & a leader in the industry.

Cons

Lack of remote work flexibility and below average benefits. Generally slightly understaffed across the board, so a lot of people are stretched thin. Lack of federal holidays off is an annoyance too.
