      -Your ideas are always valued and taken into consideration or at least discussed and there is actual feedback as to why something might not be worth implementing/changing. -This is a company that truly values humility and hard work. Combining those two and you have leaps and bounds in safety culture and a positive work environment. -Safety honestly matters

      -In general there will always be struggles and hurdles within an organization due to the human condition. But I believe the attitudes and personalities leading this organization are helping to foster a very real movement in this organization towards something new and greater.

      They are very good at promoting from within. There are a ton of opportunities for career growth and development. Very good company culture.

      Compensation is usually below market value. It's definitely a driven environment and you can feel out of place if you aren't pushing yourself.
