      Poor Management; misleading job descriptions for professionals

      Pros

      career options are unlimited. i.e you can even become the President,GM, head of HR, head of operations etc even without a university degree. All you need to do is sweet talk and learn the technique of CYA and putting the blame on others.

      Cons

      >60 hrs of work a week for management, discriminatory management, no work ethics, no moral foundation for the company.

      The 360 annual evaluation takes way too much time, allows peers and managers to criticize and leads to excessive turnover with the exodus being immediately after bonuses are paid.

      Nice people to work with employees only.

      Cons

      Low pay very deceitful, you are worked like a slave and the HR Team are hard to deal with and line leaders. They even insult one of my close family members that came to get me because of a emergency, Tow HR ladies took in a office and insult and humiliated her. She was very sick I quit that was enough. They have no respect for the employees at all, its felt like working on a chain gang. One line leader because i was waiting for my job to start called me a nobody and I was nothing.
