Consistent pay, health insurance benefits, plenty of work hours. Promotion opportunities for those who stick close to the good ole boys.
Cons
Rampant discrimination, garbage management, preaching crap they don't practice themselves. Putting emphasis on the almighty dollar and forgetting the individual. Quick to place blame, but slow to investigate the root cause of problems. Overworking certain crews and waiting for the disaster to occur before they react. Never ordering the needed supplies that help improve work conditions, which leads to a huge loss in motivation.
