Cons
The cattle are treated better than the people, owned by Brazilians that are under investigation for having 1,829 politicians on payroll as well as the last 3 Brazilian presidents. If you do a good job on a project, it becomes added to your job assignment. Everyone makes the same amount of dollars regardless of responsibility or how well you fulfill your job. You are a number, there is no moral here. Everyone is out for themselves. Upper management lives in a non realistic bubble. Upper management believes that all problems are from poor supervisor to hourly relationships. They will do anything to get new people in the doors (Fly them from other countries, put them up in hotels and apartments, sign on bonus's for them) but nothing to keep people from leaving. No wonder turn over is so high.
