      Pros

      The only good experience i had was wirking with a head of procurement who is very professional and dedicated to make the department a better one

      Cons

      The category managers are very unprofessional and always cracking up jokes. They are very bullied and always make sexist comments as the departement is about 90% men. Women have no place of advancement in the procurement departement and are seen as “can’t handle” this position. Category managers spend about 10-11 hours at work but only really work 2hrs and spend the rest of their time bullying and making fun of girls in the departement.

      Pros

      Working at a multinational giant like JBS allows you to have great exposure to various different business units and to be able to move around to find the best fit given your career interests.

      Cons

      Did not have much disadvantages to work here besides the possible heavy hour loads when working at the industrial plants..

      Pros

      They are not very bureaucratic. They are very forgiving of mistakes. A true open door policy. If an employee wants to speak with the President he or she can do so. Excellent health benefits through Blue Cross, dental benefits through Delta Dental, and vision benefits through VSP. Corporate covers the first $500 (single)/$1000 (family) of the deductible.

      Cons

      If they find out an employee is looking for another job they will let that employee go. Nepotism. No coverage for hearing.
