      Pros

      Descent pay, If you know senior management you are favored.

      Cons

      Favoritism and Bureaucratic. High attrition for hourly team members as well as management position (over 100% for hourly team members and over 50% for management positions). It is very difficult to do your job when you are surrounded by new not trained employees. Long hours, no work life balance, unrealistic expectations from corporate with no help or guidance.

      The people you matter everyone matters it's not just a job it's more like family. Sure not everything is perfect but they all strive towards one goal and that speaks volumes.

      Cons

      Long hours, Slaughter area had little to no air movement extremely hot for team members.

      Pros

      We THOUGHT it was to be home every night and off on weekends for Sunday church. We Thought it was to pay 1300 to 1500 per week.

      Cons

      The Cactus, TX location is not run honestly or professionally. There was no way to be home like they said because, in order to make 1300 you had to either run 4 "turn and burn" loads OR work the cattle trucks anywhere from 0230 to 1830, at LEAST 14 hours a day. Herding the cattle on foot into the truck is insanely dangerous and demanding... especially when hired as a driver!?!?! They cater to the Hispanic workforce majority and there is reverse discrimination going on.
