      Looks pretty on the outside, but the inside is a mess

      Good employees, although underpaid and under appreciated and do the best they can with little investment and training by the company. Nice building and setting.

      Cons

      The culture at Jeunesse is deceit. It's better to look good than actually be good. I didn't like the lack of integrity by upper executives and the power structure is very unhealthy because all decision making from the minutest issue are handled at the top which leads to many frustrated clients and customers as well as employees. The toxic relationships among the executives is felt throughout the company. Employees are underpaid and under appreciated for what they do.
