      Colleagues are all really nice and friendly. But can't say so for management team

      Beware of the management team. Not really promoting the spirit of one team, one jeunesse, one family. Run!

      They have some good benefits

      Cons

      I quit my former job because they sold me the idea that the company was growing despite the pandemic however Jeunesse is not a stable company they feed false information about company sales to employees to keep them motivated just prior to a layoff. The management is terrible, they do not care about people. I was 9 month pregnant when I got layoff and I lost my medical insurance but off course they did not care about it.
