There are a lot of pros to working at Jenuesse. Things like any company this size should provide. Excellent compensation and healthcare, good perks depending on your position, etc. But if I had to choose one reason why I enjoyed working here for so long it's the mix of feelings of being welcomed and appreciated. When you have this, there's little that can put you down or go wrong. And for once, you feel like the people that work with you, including the manager/s, are part of a TEAM! A real team that can communicate well and keep things inbetween kind and professional. Very thankful for this opportunity!!!

I took this job for less than what I made before but the work atmosphere is far beyond anything I've ever experienced in previous years. Before Jeunesse, I had lost hope on there being companies that actually cared about their employees. The last thing I expected was for everyone to be so welcoming and happy to be at work. It took a few weeks, but after giving them a chance to train me on how to succeed in my position, I realized money comes and goes but to have a learning experience and be challenged in all aspects of your professional career everyday is not a trait you can find in many other places. 50% of your growth here depends on your punctuality and attendance (as most jobs do), the other half is just being able to quickly adapt to change, do your work, and master your craft. If you come on time and excel at what you do while respecting the people around you, you're work wont go unnoticed. Highlights: High employee morale, room for growth, benefits, family/teamwork atmosphere.
