Being part of something greater them ourselves as you are part of a company that really cares for the society, not only by its social responsibility projects but by it's business model that enables people to succeed in their own perspectives while promoting healthy products

Cons

No downsides so far but some rooms are a bit dark IMHO

Since Jeunesse offers a commission based opportunity to people around the world there's been a lot of skepticism involved here, and from an inside perspective, all I can say is that they really do try and give people a good chance, there's nothing hidden behind curtains... It is what it says it is. As far as a full time employee goes, I had a really good relationship with most people at my location, pay, benefits, etc. are really good here but most importantly every employee is treated right, with respect and dignity... There are no stupid questions or ideas, everyone's input is welcomed!!!
