Pros

It makes you gain more skills in a fast paced work environment.

Cons

The company is not a corporate structured. They do not ask your idea, when there is a big problem between you and your manager. You do not have the chance to show your self-defence. It is an environment that if you have a contact (relatives) there, then you can be on top of everything. There are huge superior-subordinate communication that makes you weak.

Dear Former Employee, Thank you for expressing your concerns. We are truly sorry that you feel this way. At Jeunesse, we have an open-door policy which invites employees to express any concerns they have about their roles, business relationships, progress and/or opportunities of upward mobility. Also, within the Customer Support Department there are monthly compensation incentives rewarded to the “Employee of the Month” as well as a raffle drawing for top performers. During the first day of training all employees are provided with proper contact information to reach out to anyone in Human Resources (HR). We strongly discourage the practice of discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.

Pros

Good benefits, some people really are great.

Cons

Favoritism is the main factor. You have to know the right people to work here, other wise you’re doomed to basic positions and no advancement opportunity. Jeunesse is the definition of nepotism. Instead of being encouraged into doing a good or better job, you’re consistently being criticized, judged and being discouraged. Working in customer service means you’re at the bottom of the food chain, literally. Horrible department.
