What a blessing

Pros

I've been with the owners for 8 years. Started as a kid and grew into a professional thanks to the help of JNS. The owners have always had an open door policy where you can come and talk about anything. There has been multiple occasions where i was given advice that has helped me grow. My lifestyle i live now is all thanks to this company. As someone who grew up with almost nothing, I've been able to see amazing places around the world, drive a brand new car and pay all my bills. JNS is my blessing and i'd go to war for this company. Love working here.

Cons

I can't think of a downside because i'm happy everyday i walk in here. Positive environment and you don't have Directors and Supervisors constantly standing over your shoulders because they have faith in all their employees.

Pros

You will absolutely have job security here - they are not laying anyone off due to lack of business! I have complete independence in my department and my boss trusts my work. I work with the owners and upper management a lot and they treat me with respect and often tell me that they appreciate my work. The medical benefits are awesome (covers 100%!!!) and they just started matching 401k contributions. I also get to work with people from around the world every day and that is a huge plus in my opinion. There is a lot of opportunity for advancement in that this company is creating higher level positions often. The HR rep sends out emails almost weekly of opportunities to apply to transfer departments or move up - they almost always try to hire from within first. There is a great sense of teamwork at HQ and you get to work with many other departments. I am constantly learning more at my job and adding responsibilities. Some may get overwhelmed with the added responsibilities, but that means you're more valuable.

Cons

Most people work more than 40hrs/week. That comes with the territory for some departments because they work with offices in different time zones. I have skype calls with individuals in other countries almost weekly and they're usually after hours between 7-10pm. It all depends in how you look at it, I feel blessed because I get to communicate with people all over the world.
