      Pros

      Good group of people to work with. Dedicated to the industry. If you are able to perform you can stand out amongst the crowd. Pay is decent, and benefits are good (though seem to be declining).

      Cons

      Shortsighted at times. opportunities for advancement maybe limited (depending on current level - this is also effected by the current economic and industry environment). Too many people satisfied to keep their heads down and out of the way with a "I'm simply grateful to have a job mentality" Can be bureaucratic at times

      Pros

      This company has very good benefits, health, pension plans and retirement savings with matching company contributions. Marketing and Sales departments probably were the better areas to work for.

      Cons

      This is a very formal place to work - square company. Not a very open, lively place. There was not much opportunity to move to a different department or job role. There was concern about appearing critical of management. The information technology related jobs had little or no visibilty with upper management. All the focus and appreciation was reserved only for the sales people, since they were directly tied to the revenue.
