      1. Good overseas assignments with fair benefits. 2. Fairly good long service awards.

      Cons

      1. Long working hours. 2. Some managers can be prejudiced and bias towards some employees. 3. Hire and fire policy without justifiable review. 4. Does not give fair reference for some ex-employees.

      Pros

      Some of the best field teams I have ever worked with. Great pay. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Sexual harassment is not taken serious. Downtown employees obtain extra benefits that the filed to include benefits that effect one's health. Once a job is completed HR does not have a system that connects the employee to the next project. Several employees end up being out of work due to no system or procedure in place for current employees seeking future placement.
