      Sometimes flexible, there are no other pros

      Cons

      No pay raises, constant lay offs, and only high upper management get bonus while no else is eligible for a raise, plenty overtime without compensation.

      Pros

      Global constuction company, so interesting assignments all over the world. Project in many industries: power, oil & gas, chemicals, highways, even some aerospace sometimes. Good pay, flex time, and good benefits such as 401(k) matching and good health insurance.

      Cons

      Company chock full of dead weight left over from time as a government contractor, and too many 3rd worlder coming in. As a result, management is very disorganized, inattentive, inconsistent, unreliable. Pass the Buck should be the company motto.

      It is a serious company with safety philosophy as part of their basis and with very good sense of the necessities and procedures to support a worldwide company as KBR.

      Cons

      There is not previous notification to employees for the separation from the company. All these come together in one day.
