Political battles, no career path

Pros

Location and benefits are good.

Cons

Political battles make it difficult to do your job. Many experienced and effective leaders have left, those remaining are riding it out, morale is low. No skill development for employees. Very limited career advancement. Leadership roles go to Russia, and they control decisions for the US.

Sorry to hear that Kaspersky Lab didn't meet your expectations - our goal is to support employees career advancements. In 2017 15% of openings in North America were filled from within. Would welcome a conversation if you're open to having one on how we can improve on this. Alena Reva VP of Human Resources, North America

Hi! Thank you for all pros you mentioned. Unfortunately we had to cut several policies that were not used by more than 5% employees. This decision was not about cutting costs, but about making them more efficient. Yours, Alena Reva VP HR

Room for improvement

Pros

Good products, but often lose out to competitors due to slow and tedious decision-making processes and actions. Generally nice people, but some are working in silos due to functional-centric reporting and not country-centric reporting.

Cons

A lot of politics - the function heads don't seem to be communicating, and nobody knows what is happening. Too many long and confusing processes which slow decision-making and taking actions that the regional office needs to take or act on urgently.
