One of the best IT companies, I've ever worked

Pros

It's a wonderful place I would love to work here forever. Although there are some unstable processes, or lack of communication from management side, here I could fine the smartest and very professional people, rather interesting projects and very-very fast changing enviroment. Don't try to understand this company, its soul is absolutely unique!

Cons

What I don't understand is that some of the people don't realy see the pros of being here. Please go to the other IT companies in Moscow, and you'll see the difference

- Interesting people - good office - good bonus package

Cons

- I had little code-writing, but a lot of bug fixing and dump analysis - low salary - wild environment (a lot of chaos) inside company - no career opportunities - lack of documentation and comments in source code
