      Great company despite the unfair negative press

      Pros

      - Great management style especially under Maxim Frolov and Amir Kanaan in the Dubai office - Great place to learn cyber security: Pre-sales team and all the tech were supportive while I was there and learned a lot from them - Competitive compensation and benefits - No useless formalities culture; mostly objective and achievement focused

      Cons

      - Perhaps more trainings - Channel team was unnecessarily too influential

      Pros

      Caring, reasonable, loyal, young, brave, informal, pragmatic, friendly, quirky, generous - like working for an extremely big small business. I've been here 7 years - much longer than I've ever worked anywhere else - and have always been treated with kindness and respect.

      Cons

      Getting right to the top seems to be harder if you're not Moscow-based. The informality and structural eccentricities means people from other major corporates can struggle.
