      + Good office with different benefits such a gym or massage + Ability to work with flexible schedule + Amazing events + Meal allowance

      - Office location is not perfect - No medical insurance for interns

      Great people but the company is failing

      Pros

      From a worldwide basis the people in the lab are the absolute best at what they do. Global colleagues are very supportive of one another. In North America there are pockets of great performers like technical support and services.

      Cons

      Management is just milking the system to stay in place as long as they can. No real plan or clear focus on selling. Very cliquey in North America - if you are not in the good graces of one of the fiefdoms that does not challenge the status quo, then even superior performance will not be recognized. No focus or plan on attacking business. Bloated staffs like finance and IT that are more concerned with their own turf than broader company success.

      Good company which would be great if it was truly international

      Pros

      Great compensation package, amazing office with a gym for employees, corporate values that favor ambitious and highly technical employees.

      Cons

      Some employees are promoted to management because they were great developers or malware analysts. This brings 2 problems for the company: it loses a good technical specialist and it gets a lousy manager who would rather write code than work with people. Secondly, the biggest department, RnD is based in Russia with no options to relocate.
