      Tries to give the employees the best experience as possible A lot of activity to meet one another and not just be stuck in your own department

      Bit of micromanaging Not the best pay Some managers can belittle you A lot of favoritism

      Pros

      Innovative, international, relatively young (depends on department and country). Good social life, lot's of internal events. Good infrastructure (notebooks, intranet, office)

      Cons

      The company has grown rapidly both in size and income, hence there are lot's of internal stuff that has yet to become mature. Regardless the size, it's still very much family-like. Folks who sit in the company from the very beginning are very hard to deal with. Bad games with bonus schemes.

      Pros

      Good mission. Smart people. Warm atmosphere - if those smart people are willing to accept you. Lots of possibilities to travel. The company doesn't count money - yet.

      Cons

      Everything about work becomes personal, you need people to trust you to complete event he smallest thing. There're no business processes at all.
