Pros

they are not so many: people you are going to work are great, they can become even your close friends. flexibility of working hours but be ready to work a lot. there is not limit between a personal life and your job; more you do more you are asked for...

Cons

it was a great company I came to... but strange strategical changes, services relocations do not contribute so much to healthy company atmosphere. There are a lot of promisses but they are never kept. Fast growing turnover, great people, talented are juste "thanked" in a naughty way and it does not seem to be over.
