As a Software Engineer it is always whatever to do. During the years I was lucky not to stick on boring projects. But if you are not lucky enough and some task/project become routine, instead of looking for a new company just speak with your managers, HR, colleagues from other departments and look around in the office. For a good engineer it is always the place to move to. The areas of software engineering are completely different: from mobile to big data. Hence, broad range of technologies to become familiar with. Flexible working hours. Discussed within your team.

Cons

Open-space in the office. No free coffee-machine :)
