      Comfortable working enviroment Company benefits Good products Good balance work-life Flexibility Nice coworkers and atmosphere It´s good to work in the growing company

      Cons

      Not very good communication with HQ, bad communications between departments inside of HQ and their communication outside, lack of clear and official processes and the procedures which exist are not really well-thought out, lack of teambuildings

      Pros

      There is very modern office on Vodniy stadion with gym and sauna. The company organizes stunning events for its employees twice per year, makes education conferences and provides free foreign languages lessons.

      Cons

      Projects are narrow specialization and belong to security area, which is quite boring. Development procedures are very bureaucratic, very small collaboration between teams. Instead of using convenient tools you should use TFS for VCS and bug tracking.

      Thank you for this review and for 4 stars! First things first, we do not foresee IPO for next 5 years at least, if not forever. We believe that IPO might damage a unique culture of our company. And we believe that culture is very important for our success. All of our products belong to cybersecurity area. We value our customers trust, so our development processes are focused on excellence. I don't think it will change either. If you have ideas that are more fun and still belongs to cybersecurity, you can always address them to internal incubator and make them real. I will address your concerns about usage of TFS and VCS to management, along with concerns about collaboration issues. I will update this response with answer. Alena Reva VP HR

      Pros

      I think we are in a company that promotes creativity before anything else. I have never been stopped from having a good idea and that’s really something motivating for me. Also I think this is a company which has a deep awareness that when an employee feels great, he’ll work better and I’m certain that we won’t be that successful otherwise.

      Cons

      As I'm not located in Moscow, I have the feeling that sometimes I feel a bit far away from HQ decisions... but hey, this is normal I guess :)
