      Pros

      Fast paced exciting environment with a diverse group of colleagues. Opportunity to travel including to Moscow HQ, and chance to collaborate with people across the globe. Company has grown very quickly over the last 10 years an in places you can still find that start-up feel! THE technology sector to be in these days, and the Russian connection prompts interesting conversations with customers, potential customers and friends a like!

      Cons

      A lack of overall strategy from top management and clear direction for areas of the business. Supporting functions, finance, legal and HQ can be slow and obstructive to the business.

      People and relations within the team

      Pros

      There are wonderful people working at Kaspersky Lab as well as the whole team in general. The relations are good and friendly, at every moment and situation I do know that people around me are reliable and can always support if necessary. I am really proud to be a part of this team.

      Nothing that would be worth mentioning I guess.

      Pros

      Kaspersky lab is result driven organization with great working enviroment.

      Cons

      As company grows it becomes a less of "family business" and more of "corporate giant" with all of cons and pros of such transition.

Well, we try to keep the spirit of being a Kaspersky family and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
