work itself, always different; relations between the employees traditionally warm and respectable; a great number of non-money benefits; everybody has ability to self-development; nice working environment; a lot of interesting corporate events

Pros

Very competitive salaries, excellent social package and training programs. Plus all the extra-curricular stuff like specialist guest lecturers, budgets for the gym, team sports, etc., corporate parties, charity work...everything is of the highest quality.

Cons

Haven't noticed anything worth mentioning in the 11 years I've been there...
