      Pros

      - Clear business strategy and well defined input of every member - Very strong and motivating internal culture - Global scale of professional challenges and well defined job scope - Strong management (feedback, performance reviews) and amazing corporate communications team - If you're considering an opportunity within Communications team - it's really a unique set up of an independent (not depending on marketing) and very mature organisation - Very nice social perks (internal events, kids gifts and programs etc etc)

      Cons

      I guess it depends on region to region and team to team, but in HQ CorpComms there are no obvious cons. It is a family spirit.

      Pros

      The work is exciting, the subject is amazing, the attitude is vibrant and international and the people are just lovely

      Cons

      I love the travel and nothing beats spending time with my fellow team-mates in Moscow, where I now proudly keep my own mug, but still get hopelessly lost trying to take the stairs to the first floor - but I do miss my little boy terribly when away

      Pros

      Good benefits, good CEO, good people.

      Cons

      Bad management, bad career opportunities, a lot of lazy/useless people hired. salaries are out of date. Scrum is not good here. No healthy food.
