      - KL is a company with strong corporate culture - Good non-financial benefits

      Cons

      A lot of employees who works in KL many years, make no value for company anymore and prevent new projects development but nobody cares, because these employees have strong connections with top management

      Pros

      One of the greatest software companies in Russia. Real-world tasks that directly influence users. I've come across very welcoming colleagues in both team I've worked with. Possibility to transfer inside company.

      Cons

      Incompetent higher level managers may result in pretty negative impact on development process: constant hurry, forcing how exactly problem should be solved and entire atmosphere in team (despite team itself being really great).
