      Pros

      Good team (there are literally thousands people working here, so you may not get a good one, but I have a really good one). Family Insurance including dentist. Good office (AA class). Additional benefits: food compensation, gym, chill-out rooms, music room, coffee machines and so on. Company makes a lot of charity and activism (including blood donor campaigns, orphanage help, waste paper collection and a lot-lot more), and encourages this in employees, which is a rare thing for Russian employer. Cool team-buildings and corporate parties.

      Cons

      As a big corporation Kaspersky has a lot of bureaucracy in R&D processes (and maybe elsewhere, but I can talk only about R&D department). Often it kills off good ideas and improvements.

      I like working here) Great office, nice people, lots of events, many opportunities for professional growth.

      Cons

      Open plan offices are sometimes a bit irritating.

      Good company, could use some tweaks at the top

      Pros

      - great product - some great opportunity to grow and advance within the company - benefits are really good - office looks great after some recent renovations

      Cons

      - geopolitical headwinds cause a lot of distractions - lots of shifts in strategy which aren’t always communicated well - priorities are odd - for example, recently held a kickoff where top management outlined goals for the year and expectations including always adding value in everything we do, always taking things to the next level, etc. Then, one week later, a senior officer spent several days moving employees chairs around so that they match while totally disregarding employee comfort. Just odd and a poor job “leading by example” when everyone is expected to work hard.

      Glad to hear that you are happy overall. There are a lot of things that go into renovations that happen behind the scenes and are not always apparent to everyone in the office.
