Pros

Good product and innovation. Hard working people. Laziness is not tolerated.

Cons

Russian culture pronounced in the company. All decisions are taking from Moscow. A global outlook, but unitary decision making. Ongoing company reconstruction seems not be well managed. Non-Russian workers are looking for a way out of the company. No job security. You could be fired the next day you resume.

Thank you for appreciating our people and products. I'm sorry you've left the company. In Dubai, we have employees of more than ten nationalities represented in equal proportion, and none of them is given any preference. Continuous change is an essential part of our business worldwide with the focus on increasing efficiency and value for our customers. Wherever we see the need for improvement - we go for it. I would appreciate more details on diversity and inclusion issues from you. Please, shoot me an e-mail or contact via Linkedin. Alena Reva

Pros

During my twenty five years of professional experience and having worked at three different companies, I can honestly say that Kaspersky is the best place I have ever worked at. The best benefits you’ll find anywhere at a low cost to employees, great people and atmosphere. lots of focus on employees, team building events, career development and internal communications. Strong focus on giving back to the community and charitable events. Flexible work environment , upper management always has an open door policy. Lots of teamwork and comradery between employees in different geographic locations. I consider myself lucky to work for such an outstanding company.

Cons

I can’t think of any cons. People here are great and flexible to accommodate employee needs.

Pros

Free Gym, Relaxed Environment, Foosball, Good cafe, lots of lunch meetings with free food, hours were very flexible, the dress code is jeans and a collared shirt

Cons

There were not many cons to working at Kaspersky Lab, the only one is that the work is very spotty. Sometimes you have literally nothing to do. And some times you get swamped.

Hi there! Thank you for a nice review! First of all, I want to say that I spent couple of hours to investigate your problem with weights. The gym doesn't belong to us, it belongs to facility management company. We asked them to move some heavier weights to the gym in our building. But additionally I want to inform you that you may also use for free a gym at 300, Unicorn Park Drive. The gym in that building is bigger and they have heavier weights. And I'd really want to know your department to discuss the problem of spotty workload. Let me know if you're ready to discuss it. Alena Reva VP HR, North America
